About Prianca Shharma

Born and raised in India, I carry yoga in my roots — but it wasn’t until I lost myself that I truly found its essence.
Before I became a teacher, I was an actress, chasing perfection on the outside while feeling deeply lost within. When depression touched my life, yoga became the light that led me home — helping me rebuild from the inside out.

What began as a search for healing became a way of living. Over the past fourteen years, yoga and meditation have transformed my path, guiding me from performance to presence, from pain to purpose.

Today, I share these teachings with students from around the world — keeping them authentic, grounded, and true to their Indian origins. My approach weaves strength and softness, movement and stillness, helping others connect to the deeper layers of themselves — beyond the mat, into the heart of yoga.

To me, love is truth — an honest mirror that helps us see ourselves as we really are. Yoga and meditation are the tools that polish that mirror, clearing away the dust of conditioning and emotion, so we can remember our own light.

I’ve been guiding and training yoga teachers for nearly a decade. My love languages on the mat are Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin — a dance between strength and softness, structure and flow. My approach is creative and functional, blending mobility, stability, and awareness. Students are encouraged to explore their edges, to move with curiosity, and to find stillness in the journey.

Through every class, I aim to make yoga feel joyful, grounded, and real — a practice that connects the outer expression of the body with the inner experience of the heart.

Yoga with Prianca is not a brand—it is an invitation.
It represents yoga in its most honest form: simple, lived, and embodied.
The word with is intentional. It reflects companionship rather than hierarchy—walking the path together, teacher and student sharing presence, breath, and practice.
Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Indian yoga, Yoga with Prianca honours the foundations—discipline, devotion, surrender—while making them accessible to modern life.
This is yoga beyond performance. Beyond trends.
It is yoga as a daily companion.
The logo embodies softness and strength—minimal, grounded, and spacious—mirroring the essence of the practice itself.
Each offering under Yoga with Prianca is guided by one intention:
to help people return to their bodies, their breath, and their inner truth.

From the roots of India, to the heart of the world.

The symbol of Yoga with Prianca is a meeting of opposites held in harmony.
Sun and moon. Light and shadow. Movement and stillness.

  • The outer circle represents wholeness — the cyclical nature of life, breath, and practice. It is the reminder that yoga is not linear, but a return. Again and again, back to the self.
  • Within it, the crescent moon speaks of yin — rest, surrender, listening, the quiet intelligence of the body.
The sun rises gently beside it, symbolising prāṇa — vitality, awareness, the flame of conscious presence.

Neither dominates. They coexist.
Just as yoga is meant to be lived — in balance.

The soft, earthy tones ground the practice in nature and simplicity, honouring yoga’s Indian roots without excess or ornamentation. The gentle radiance reflects an inner light rather than an outer performance.

The words “Yoga with Prianca” sit humbly beneath the symbol, reminding us that this is not a method to follow, but a practice to be shared.
With — not above, not ahead — but alongside.

This logo is an invitation:
to slow down,
to soften,
to remember that yoga is not something we do,
but something we return to.
