I am a teacher of yoga, meditation and other forms of healing to people from all around this beautiful world. But I wasn’t always this way.

I came to yoga with scepticism in my mind and pain in my heart. I had been on the inside of an industry which focused so much on what was on the outside, that somewhere I forgot how to connect to who I was inside. Yoga was the spark that gave me back everything that I had lost, the stability, the connection and eventually, the seed of happiness which had been uprooted through those years of neglect.

It’s been eleven years now since I started walking this path of healing. The more I learnt about and integrated these beautiful practices into my daily life, the clearer it was to me that I had found my purpose. To share my experience and knowledge with all those who seek it, to help anyone who asks.

Love is by its very nature, honest. Its the mirror that reflects our own image back at us as we truly are and is the process that allows us to work on ourselves in the most healthy, nurturing way. All too often it is covered with the dust of conditioning, of emotion, and without a tool to help us in polishing it we can keep searching for ourselves, never really finding healing.

I believe yoga and meditation is that tool.

Through body awareness, mindfulness, self introspection and consistent practice we can find freedom from constraints and become who we are truly meant to be. Its good to have you here, I look forward to meeting you one day soon.

Jenifer Rayner is the founder of All Flow Yoga retreats. She is originally from Poland but for the last 20 years has lived and is currently based in Bournemouth, UK. Jenny’s yoga journey began back in 2009 as a cure to the back pain caused by scoliosis which she developed while competing as a professional windsurfer. Jenny was amazed how positively her body responded to yoga and what started with simple stretching quickly turned into a regular practice.

After 8 years of regular practice in 2016 Jenny traveled to India and completed a 200h yoga intensive Ashtanga/Vinyasa teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga Institute in India. Following completing her teachers’ training course she went on and explored Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore where she studied under Ajay Kumar at his Shala Shalam 8 for 3 months. Practice in Mysore has certainly influenced Jenny’s teaching. What initially started purely as a physical practice took Jennifer on spiritual journey and inner exploration. Currently Jennifer teaches predominantly DYNAMIC VINYASA and ASHTANGA classes in Bournemouth, UK.

She organises workshops and since 2017 runs yoga retreat company All Flow Yoga. During the winter months she assists and delivers Ashtanga unit at the 200HR Teacher’s Training Course at Sampoorna Yoga in India. She applies tristiana: Ujjayi breath (victorious breath), the bandhas (energy locks), and drsti (yogic gaze) in all her classes as a foundation of the practice. She often says “The only thing that distinguishes yoga practice from any other activity or gymnastics is the connection of movement with the break, making this practice mindful. Being here and now.

Moving meditation”. She believes that hand on adjustments in the practice can help students experience the benefits of postures in more depth and bring balance and steadiness to the body therefore she is keen to offer many adjusts and assists in her classes. Inspired by the art of hands on assists she has recently qualified as a THAI YOGA MASSAGE Therapist at Sunshine Yoga Massage Institute in Thailand and looking to incorporate Thai yoga massage elements in the yoga practice.
