Begin Again retreat in Sri Lanka
Celebrating Diwali — The Festival of Light & New Beginnings
There are moments in life when we feel the quiet whisper: start again.
Begin Again is a sacred invitation to pause, reflect, and consciously step into a new chapter of your life. Held in the lush, healing landscapes of Sri Lanka, this retreat is aligned with the powerful energy of the New Moon — a time of intention setting, renewal, and planting seeds for what you wish to call in.
What makes this journey truly special is its alignment with Diwali, the festival that symbolizes the victory of light over darkness. As lamps are lit across homes and hearts, we gather to light the inner flame — releasing what no longer serves and welcoming clarity, abundance, and fresh beginnings.
8th-14th November 2026

The Unique Essence (USP)
Begin Again is uniquely positioned at the intersection of New Moon energy and Diwali celebration.
While many retreats focus on “transformation,” this retreat honors something even more powerful: conscious renewal.
It becomes a living ritual — not just a getaway.
Why Sri Lanka
Sri Lanka is where wild nature meets ancient wisdom.
Surrounded by the Indian Ocean, lined with swaying palms and golden beaches, this island holds a gentle yet powerful energy — perfect for slowing down and turning inward. The rhythm here is softer. The sun rises slowly over the sea. The air feels warm and grounding. Life moves with intention.
Rooted in Buddhist and Ayurvedic traditions, Sri Lanka carries a quiet spiritual depth that beautifully supports yoga, meditation, and inner reflection. It’s a place where you naturally exhale.

With easy access to surf breaks and beaches, traditional fisher villages, and the UNESCO Heritage site of Galle, our retreat venue offers the ideal location for an unforgettable escape. During the retreat, in addition to deepening your yoga practice and spending a lot of time connecting inwards, you will have an unmissable opportunity to take part in once in a lifetime experiences. Depending on what you would like to do there will be a chance for you to participate in Sri Lankan cooking class, take a safariboat trip on the nearby Koggala lake, visit Turle Rescue Centre or take a day trip to famous Yala National Park.

YOUR RETREAT FACILITATOR

Prianca Shharma is a teacher of yoga, meditation, and healing — guiding people from around the world back to themselves. Her own journey began with skepticism and a deep sense of disconnection. Yoga became the spark that restored my stability, connection, and joy — and it continues to shape the way she lives and teaches.
For twelve years, Prianca has been sharing this path through teacher training and retreats. Her teaching love languages on the mat are Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin — a blend of dynamic movement and deep stillness. Her approach is fluid, creative, and functional — helping students build strength, mobility, and awareness while finding ease within.
Through every breath and posture, Prianca’s intention is to make yoga a joyful, grounding journey — one that reconnects you to what’s real and alive inside.
Yoga isn’t just about the poses — it’s about remembering what’s real, what’s true, and what’s already whole within us.
Prianca Shharma has built her roots in South Goa, India, where she lives and teaches alongside raising two divine children and her husband.
From this grounding base, she travels and shares her dharma through training, retreats, and immersions around the world — creating spaces where yoga is experienced as a way of living, not just a practice.

Jenifer Rayner is the founder of All Flow Yoga retreats. She is originally from Poland but for the last 20 years has lived and is currently based in Bournemouth, UK. Jenny’s yoga journey began back in 2009 as a cure to the back pain caused by scoliosis which she developed while competing as a professional windsurfer.
Jenny was amazed how positively her body responded to yoga and what started with simple stretching quickly turned into a regular practice. After 8 years of regular practice in 2016 Jenny traveled to India and completed a 200h yoga intensive Ashtanga/Vinyasa teacher training at Sampoorna Yoga Institute in India.
Following completing her teachers’ training course she went on and explored Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore where she studied under Ajay Kumar at his Shala Shalam 8 for 3 months. Practice in Mysore has certainly influenced Jenny’s teaching. What initially started purely as a physical practice took Jennifer on spiritual journey and inner exploration. Currently Jennifer teaches predominantly DYNAMIC VINYASA and ASHTANGA classes in Bournemouth, UK. She organises workshops and since 2017 runs yoga retreat company All Flow Yoga.
