Yin & Mantra – 65 Hour Yin Yoga & Mantra Immersion
Yin & Mantra is a 65-hour immersive training that weaves together the depth of Yin Yoga with the vibrational power of mantra and sacred sound.
Over the course of seven days, we journey into the quieter layers of the body and the subtle energetic systems that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
This training explores Yin Yoga 50 hours through the lens of the chakra system, while also drawing from Chinese meridian theory and the wisdom of the five elements. Participants will learn how these two energetic maps beautifully intersect, creating a rich framework for teaching Yin with intention, depth, and energetic awareness.
Alongside the Yin training, we dedicate 15 hours to mantra practice and sound work — learning the meaning, pronunciation, and energetic qualities of sacred mantras, as well as how to integrate mantra and voice into Yin classes and personal practice.
This is more than training. It is a full immersion into stillness, energy, and sound.

Prianca Shharma is a yoga teacher, retreat leader, and space holder who has been guiding transformational experiences through yoga, meditation, and sound for many years.
Her teaching blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern embodiment practices, creating spaces where students can explore both the physical and energetic dimensions of yoga.
Prianca is especially passionate about the quieter, more introspective aspects of practice — Yin Yoga, meditation, mantra, and the subtle body. Her approach emphasizes presence, intuitive teaching, and cultivating a deep inner connection rather than simply mastering techniques.
Over the years she has hosted numerous retreats and trainings, bringing together community in beautiful natural environments that support healing, reflection, and personal transformation.
