At Yoga with Prianca Retreats, we return to the roots of yoga — simple, soulful, and steeped in the essence of India.
Our retreats are designed to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age, body, or experience. The focus is not on bending into shapes, but on expanding into awareness.
In India, yoga has always been more than a practice — it is a way of life.
Yoga breathes through all we do,from our grandmothers chanting in temples, to children playing freely in nature, yoga lives in the rhythm of daily living and the art of surrendering to something higher than ourselves.
Through teachings inspired by Bhakti Yoga (devotion), Jnana Yoga (wisdom), and Karma Yoga (selfless action) — as Lord Krishna shared — we explore yoga as a living philosophy, not a performance.
Each retreat is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and take home simple, practical tools to live with more presence, balance, and grace — on and far beyond the mat.
